A washed Chiroso from Arnulfo Caro and his wife Martha's Hoyo Rico farm, over 2,100 masl in Anzá, Antioquia. Cherries ferment whole for four days, then another eight days after depulping. Creamy marshmallow sweetness, maple richness and bright mandarin acidity.
