About
Named for the washing station at its centre, where smallholder farmers from the surrounding Banko Chelchele community in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe bring their cherries. At 2,100 metres. A natural process coffee that leans fully into what Ethiopia does best: bold, jammy blueberry first, then a wild, almost effervescent fruit punch quality, with gooseberry closing it out. Espresso-focused and medium roasted.
