About
Where tradition meets innovation. We first met fifth-generation grower Ana María Donneys in 2022 when she visited Coffee By Design with women coffee producers from around the world. Since then, she has transformed her family's struggling farms through specialty coffee, science, and innovation. Part of her experimental Ranger Series, Green Mist undergoes carbonic maceration, a winemaking-inspired fermentation technique, combined with selected yeasts over 96 hours. The result? A vibrant, beautifully aromatic cup with delicate floral notes, fresh herbal character, and a remarkably clean finish.
