A Rotating Roast from Nyaruguru, between Nyungwe National Forest and the Burundi border. Named Ikizere ("confidence" in Kinyarwanda) for the collective of 100+ women producers who hand-selected the lot, processed at Emmanuel Rusatira's Fugi station with a 28-day washed process. Suggested for pour-over, iced coffee or single-origin espresso.
