About
Single-origin Indian coffee roasted from Josuma's Super Grade Monsooned Malabar, the same green coffee at the base of Malabar Gold. Monsooning exposes the beans to moist monsoon winds in open-walled warehouses for 12 to 16 weeks, stripping nearly all acidity. Brewed at full strength it gives very low acidity, very high body and a pleasant earthy taste; a medium to medium-dark roast that also works as a one-bean option for both drip and espresso.
