About the farmer and farm This coffee comes from Finca Doña Linda in the Nuevo Oriente region. Here, coffee is grown at altitudes above 1200 masl. Cultivation happens mostly on small shade-grown farms. This helps preserve biodiversity and improves coffee quality. This particular lot consists of the Catuai variety, known for moderate acidity, pronounced sweetness, and a fairly full body. Processing: washed The cherries are hand-picked. The coffee then goes through traditional washed processing and is dried on patios or African beds.
