About
Grown on the slopes of Volcán Barú, this washed coffee comes from Bambito Estate, where cooler temperatures and high elevation allow the cherries to mature slowly and develop concentrated sugars. Roasted lightly to retain its clean, structured character. A layered and approachable profile of delicate stone fruit, soft citrus and a rich, sweet base, finishing with a subtle note of black tea. Roast colour: whole bean 72, ground 120 (Lighttells). Limited release of 350 boxes.
