Wilder Lazo's anaerobic washed Maragesha from Colombia, grown at 1500 masl. A Gesha and Maragogype hybrid given a 120 hour anaerobic fermentation then fully washed, producing an intense, clean cup. Purple florals cool to delicate thyme with sweet grape depth. 2025 Spanish Brewers Cup winning coffee. Roast colour: whole bean 76, ground 118 (Lighttells). Limited release of 175 boxes.
