El Mango lot from the Esquivel Barrantes family's Cerro La Cruz farm and micro-mill in San Marcos, Tarrazú, where the family has grown coffee for three generations and has processed its own lots since 2016. Ruby buys direct from the family. Washed Red Catuaí, medium roast, velvety and very sweet.
