Before you brew

  1. Fill the basket to the top without pressing it down.
  2. Lay a wet AeroPress paper filter on top of the coffee.

    Use room temperature water.

    Heat

    Medium-low heat, so coffee starts to flow after about 3 minutes.

    Coffee flows

    Lift the pot off or turn the heat down to hold about 1g a second, and back on when it slows to a trickle. Stop at the first sputter.
