Before you brew

  1. Set the AeroPress upside down.
  2. Use two paper filters.

    1st pour50g
  2. 0:10
    Stir

    Stir very gently, three times back and forth.

  3. 0:15
    2nd pour200g
  4. 0:30
    Steep
  5. 0:50
    Stir

    Three more very gentle stirs.

  6. 1:00
    Steep

    Push out the air and fit the cap.

  7. 1:40
    Press

    Flip onto the server and press right away.

  8. 2:00
    Swirl

    Swirl the server to cool, then pour it from a height into another server.

  9. 2:30
    Done
