Before you brew

  1. Fit the flow control cap with two paper filters.
  2. Pour water at about 50°C into the server, about two thirds of the brew water's weight, and set the AeroPress on top.

    Stir north to south twice, then west to east twice.

    Press

    Press gently over about 20 seconds.
