Before you brew

  1. Stand the AeroPress upside down on its plunger, seated just inside the chamber.
  2. Use a metal filter. Paper does not suit this method.

    Stir

    A few stirs, until no dry grounds remain.

    2nd pour225g

    Stir

    Stir twice, without spilling over the top.

  5. 0:50
    3rd pour270g

    Top up to just under the rim, leaving room for the foam.

  6. 0:55
    Steep

    Screw on the metal filter and cap, set the cup on top and flip.

  7. 1:20
    Press

    Press in one smooth push and stop at the hiss.

  8. 1:30
    Done
