Before you brew

  1. Set the AeroPress upside down.
  2. Use an Aesir filter if you have one.

    Stir

    Stir firmly 20 times in 10 seconds.

    Steep

    Fit the cap and gently push out the air.

    Press

    Flip and press all the way. Add water, the same weight as the brew water, then a little more to taste.
