Before you brew

  1. Set the NEO on a Switch base and start with the valve open.
  2. Sit a Hario Drip-Assist on top of the coffee for the pours.
  3. Keep room-temperature water ready for the last pour.

    Pour in the center, through the Drip-Assist.

  2. 0:15
    Swirl

    Swirl the dripper five times.

  3. 0:30
    2nd pour160g

    Pour in the center, through the Drip-Assist.

  4. 1:00
    3rd pour240g

    Close the valve. Pour the room-temperature water through the Drip-Assist.

  5. 1:15
    Swirl

    Swirl the dripper five times.

  6. 2:00
    Drawdown

    Open the valve and let it drain fully.

  7. 3:00
    Done
