About
Brought back seasonally whenever Juan Jimenez's harvest comes in. Grown at 1,800 metres on Farm El Porvenir in Huila, this washed lot reads clean and precise. An unmistakable bubblegum sweetness up front gives way to bright tangerine acidity, and the finish settles into panela with a crisp apple note. Roasted for filter and pour-over.
