About
Diego Horta took over El Rincón, his family's farm in Santa María, Huila, at twenty years old. This washed lot is grown on steep terrain at 1,800 metres. Toasted walnut leads, a bright streak of grapefruit cuts through the middle, and a warm, boozy whiskey note lingers on the finish. Medium roasted for balance.
