About
From the Kanzu Community in Rwanda, grown at 1,800 metres and processed naturally, dried slowly on raised beds as whole cherry. Built for espresso: raspberry hits first, sharp and jammy, before a crisp red apple acidity, finishing long and dark with a baker's chocolate note. The body is syrupy and holds up in milk.
