Named for the collision of two stars, Kilonova brings together coffees from Ethiopia and Colombia. Layered stone fruit at the front, blackberry depth through the middle and a honeysuckle lift on the finish. Roasted light-medium to preserve clarity and vibrant acidity, with a clean extraction window for pour-over and drip and enough sweetness to work as a modern espresso.
