About
Grown at 1,900 metres on the Los Alisos farm in the northern highlands of Cajamarca, from producer German Cubas Perez. The altitude slows cherry development and concentrates sweetness, and the washed process lets the terroir lead. It opens with a round Marcona almond nuttiness, moves into a floral acacia honey sweetness, and finishes with a gentle raisin depth.
