A washed Kenya from Karimikui Factory, owned and run by the Rung'eto Farmer Cooperative Society in Kirinyaga. Around 2,591 smallholders deliver ripe cherry from gardens at 1,600 to 1,700 metres. Cherry is pulped, fermented 12 to 24 hours, washed, soaked for a day and dried slowly on raised beds. Black & Bloom roast it light for filter.
