About
The Danche washing station in Chelbesa, Gedeo, takes cherry from around 400 local farmers growing between 2000 and 2300 metres. The cool climate ripens the cherries slowly and builds natural sweetness, giving bold berry sweetness, heavy florals and bright dried-fruit notes.
