Las Perlitas, a community lot from small-lot farmers around Santa María, Garzón, Pitalito and Palestina in Huila. Washed with a 60-84 hour tank fermentation, dried 14-20 days on raised beds. Gesha is in some iterations only. Roasted light on a Loring S35 Kestrel and optically sorted. Scores 86.5.
