From the village of Banko Chelchele in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, grown by smallholders working with EDN Ethiopian Coffee Export PLC. Ripe cherries ferment anaerobically in sealed tanks with added fruit and herbs, then dry whole on raised beds. Roasted for filter, with notes of roasted pineapple and blueberry cheesecake. Sold as a 100 g whole-bean pack.
