El Buho is named after the owls heard at night on the edge of the native forest beside its plot on the Las Terrazas farm, part of Finca La Bolsa in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. A calm, sweet coffee with notes of limes, macadamia nuts and carrot cake, processed using the washed method and roasted for espresso.
