Granada comes from Finca La Bolsa in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, founded in 1958 by Jorge Vides and now run by the next generation of the Vides family. Caturra and Bourbon, processed using the natural method after a 36-hour pre-fermentation, with notes of cashew nuts, plums and lemon balm tea.
