From the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, near Karatina town in Nyeri County. About 1,450 small-scale farmers of the Barichu Farmers Cooperative Society deliver ripe cherry that is washed with fresh water from the Ragati River and slowly dried on raised beds. Roasted for filter, with notes of raspberries, elderflower and blackcurrant.
