Lalesa is one of the roastery's favourite Ethiopian coffees, from the station in Lalesa village, Gedeb, owned by Wubit Bekele and run under Ephtah Specialty Coffee. An artisan natural fermented whole in closed barrels, roasted for filter, with notes of blueberry, lavender, lemon and cheesecake.
