Namugowa comes from farmers around Mt Elgon in eastern Uganda working with The Coffee Gardens, where the roastery co-financed a QC lab. Fresh cherries are fermented before depulping, then washed and dried on raised beds. Notes of cocoa beans, dark chocolate and peaches.
