Grown high in the Ugandan mountains near the village of Zebigi and processed by Coffee Gardens, which blends micro lots from coffees with similar flavour processed on the same day. Pulped, pre-washed, soaked in cold spring water and fermented for forty hours before a final wash. Notes of chamomile tea with lemon and hazelnut cream.
