A savory-sweet washed Pacamara from Mario Mejía's Finca El Jardin in La Paz, Honduras. Sharp and lemony with sweet green chile notes, turning to agave sweetness, wild berry and a thicker body as it cools. Wet fermented for 50 to 70 hours and dried on raised beds.
