A women-produced lot from Café Sierra Azul, a cooperative of around 300 smallholders inside the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas. Cola, chocolate, heavy cream and warm baking spice. Makes an espresso with lush crema, alone or with milk, and an easy batch brew.
