Gold Series lot from the Argote family's Quebraditas farm in Oporapa. Cherries oxidise for 24 hours, are dry-depulped, then ferment for 72 hours with yeast and thermal shock before 76 hours of drying at about 40C. Edinson calls the process Advanced Washed.
