Night Swim's fourth lot from the Nano Genji co-op, a washing station in the Genji Challa kebele of Jimma's Gera woreda and part of the Kata Muduga Union. Cherry is depulped, soaked overnight after fermentation, then dried 6 to 8 days on raised beds. Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants.
