An experimental TN9/TN10 lot from Thy Thy Farm, a two-hectare farm in the Cầu Đất highlands outside Đà Lạt run by Lê Ngọc Thy. From a January 2026 champagne natural trial with Karmic Circle Coffee: whole cherries fermented with wine yeasts, then dried slowly.
