Anaerobic natural lot from about 500 smallholder farmers in the Bona Zuria district of Ethiopia's Sidama zone, delivered to the Ayele Tulu Washing Station (2,190 masl, founded 2014). Cherries ferment 48 hours in oxygen-controlled barrels, then dry slowly on raised beds for 4-6 weeks.
