This lot comes from The Coffee Yards, a processing site founded by Norman Mukuru just outside Mbale town on Mount Elgon, where about 300 smallholder farmers deliver their cherry. Short-drip aerobic natural: cherries are briefly pre-dried, fermented in open air, then dried on raised beds.
