About
A Colombian decaf from Popayán, produced by Cofinet with cherries from over 75 local growers, mainly Caturra. Washed, dried on raised beds for 5 to 7 days, then decaffeinated with the sugarcane EA process. Roasted at Will & Co HQ in Bondi; bold enough for milk, nuanced enough black.
