A 74158 lot from Tamiru Tadesse's Alo project, from the Safo site in Sidama. The cherries are depulped and washed straight away with no fermentation, then dried on shaded raised beds for 7 to 12 days. Berries and candied stone fruit open into orange florals and a citric finish, over a plush, silky body.
