About
Young Gesha trees on Cesar Augusto Pedroza's one hectare farm in Las Mercedes, Garzón, processed the traditional Huila way: 20 hours dry-fermented in cherry, depulped, fermented 20 hours more, then dried in a parabolic greenhouse. Classic Colombian cherry sweetness, lemon tea acidity, roasted almond and a mellow marigold finish.
