From Gara Agena, one of Testi's newest and highest washing stations in Sidama, beside the Geta River. Cherries from Hayissa Olocho, fermented for 36 hours and dried for about 21 days on shaded raised beds. Lime, mangosteen and a gentle apricot sweetness.
