Our French Blend is a classic dark roasted coffee, roasted as dark as we will go to offer a nostalgic flavor profile to traditional coffee lovers. This blend boasts rich, full-bodied qualities and a thick depth of classic dark chocolate and burnt sugar flavors, without the bitterness of over-roasted beans. This blend will consistently rotate in new fresh harvests but will always contain washed Guatemalan and washed Colombian beans. These beans are carefully selected to provide a clean and consistent profile with rich and robust flavors. We roast this blend well into the sugar browning stage, just past the first crack. This ensures a deep and satisfying dark roast flavor without reaching the second crack, which would introduce undesirable carbon notes.
