About
A community lot from CODECH, a cooperative of around 500 smallholder producers in and around San Antonio Huista in the highlands of Huehuetenango. Each farmer harvests and processes their own coffee, and the co-op mills and sorts it. The members, many of Popti, Mam and Q'anjob'al heritage, grew this coffee without chemical pesticides. Importer Atlantic Specialty has bought from CODECH for 16 years.
