About
Processed by Sookoo Coffee at its Weessi washing station outside Shakiso in Ethiopia's Guji zone. Ripe cherries were pulped, fermented in water for 12 hours, washed, then dried in thin layers on raised beds and turned several times a day, giving a clean, bright, floral and fruit-forward cup.
