About
Wild honey sweet, crazy floral, and hit with a juicy burst of Fruit-ella cherries. Sourced from producer Alemayehu Abera in Gedeb, this lot grows naturally in a dense semi-forest beneath a canopy of native "false banana" trees, providing vital ecosystem shade without chemical fertilisers. Sun-dried on raised African beds for 17 days, it’s peak Ethiopian coffee: clean, complex, and ridiculously easy to drink.
