About
Washed Red Pacamara from the Aguirre family's Finca El Injerto in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, from the March to April 2026 harvest. After fermentation and washing, the coffee soaked in clean water for 24 hours, then dried on the patio and finished at low temperature in a Guardiola. Ripe apricot and pomelo with a full body and a trace of clean spice. The roaster also recommends it as espresso.
