Washed Gesha, lot 26-R93-5, from the Lot 1 plot at the Morales family's Finca Rosma in San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango. Depulped on the day of picking, dry-fermented in tank for 48 hours, washed with spring water and dried in a greenhouse for 15 days. Sweetened tea with a spritz of citrus and soft florals, turning to milk tea as it cools.
