Pink Bourbon from Cesar Llantén at La Florida in San Adolfo, Huila, sourced through Felipe Trujillo's Ventola Coffee. Cherries oxidized for 12 hours, pulped, fermented aerobically in their mucilage for 24 hours, washed and sun dried on African beds for 10-15 days.
