About
Koppi's year-round espresso blend, named after the Wayne Shorter jazz composition. 50% Costa Rica (La Lia, white honey processed Catuai) and 50% Brazil (Dois Irmaos, natural processed Mundo Novo). Roasted to the same light philosophy as Koppi's filter coffee, so it stays smooth, rich and elegant with chocolate, nougat and caramel, and no roasty bitterness. It replaced the Red Clay and Silent Shout blends.

FAQ

What grind size should I use for Footprints?

Grind size depends on your grinder, so there is no single number. Tazzina translates the community grind to your exact grinder, or guides you to it by taste.

How do I dial in Footprints?

Save a brew for your grinder and brew method, then tell Tazzina how it tasted. It walks you through what to change next, one step at a time.

Can I brew Footprints on any brew method?

Yes. Tazzina saves each one separately, so every brew method and grinder you pair with Footprints keeps its own brew, from espresso to pour-over.

What is Tazzina?

Tazzina is a free iPhone and iPad app for coffee. Save a brew for every bean, grinder, and brew method, dial it in with guided steps, and repeat the cups you love.
