A washed AA lot from the Thunguri washing station in Kirinyaga, managed by the Kibirigwi Farmers Cooperative Society and its 6800 member farmers. Cherry is picked ripe and delivered the same day, fermented for 16 to 18 hours, rested under water overnight, then washed and dried on raised tables.
